Jing, Sheng Puerh Spring 2018
Jing can be translated as still, calm, quiet, or not moving. This Puerh certainly matches its name well. The tea is sweet, viscous, with a very slight bitterness. The smell is floral, and it permeates the senses for quite a while. The Qi is very pleasant, and does not push too much in any direction. The tea material is half Lin Cang, half Xi Shuang Banna. In our opinion, the taste of Xi Shuang Banna is generally stronger, and the body of Lin Cang is often more full. Mixing the two regions is great because we can have the best qualities of the two regions combined.
