Green Tea, Taitung Taiwan, Spring 2021

Our Taitung Green Tea is sweet, nutty, slightly vegetal, and smooth. This tea can be brewed hot or cold, and is always a favorite at the festivals we have done around the United States and China. The tea farm in Taitung is organic, and each tea is tested for 466 major agrochemicals. The elevation is approximately 500 meters.

Cold brew instructions: we recommend using 1 gram of tea for 50ml of water. Leave steeping for around 2hrs at room temperature, or 8 hours in a refrigerator.
