The Fu So Li Shan area is widely considered to produce the highest grade of Oolong in Taiwan. These leaves are full of life and the elements as they grow at approximately 2,500 meters. Although words can never adequately describe a tea experience, our description of this tea feels especially limiting. Drinking this tea has brought a smile to the face of many and its effect is one like a breath of fresh air at the top of a mountain. The flavor is dynamic with deep grassy, buttery, and honey tones. The body is rich, smooth, and balanced with a sweetly roasted aroma. This tea can be steeped short or long; it refuses to become bitter.
